Terms & Conditions

The rules, in plain language. What you get from Suryani International Pvt. Ltd., what you're agreeing to when you sign up, and the handful of things worth knowing before you pay.

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Before you order

Everything specific - the plan, the billing period, the resources, the price, and any condition that applies only to your order - gets settled at checkout or in your confirmation. That paperwork isn't separate from the deal. It is the deal.

01

Agreement and eligibility

Browse the site, place an order, or log into anything we run, and you're accepting these terms along with whatever extra conditions ship with that particular service. Don't like what you read? Walk away - don't buy. And if you're signing on behalf of an organization, you're telling us you're authorized to bind it.

02

Services and account information

What you're buying is WordPress hosting, plus the support described here and spelled out in your confirmation.

Keep your contact details, domain records, and account information accurate and current - stale details slow every request down. Your login is yours to guard, and so is everything done under it. Spot something odd? Tell us before it turns into a mess.

03

Plans, prices, and payment

Plans renew annually unless your confirmation says otherwise. That monthly figure you may have seen? It's a comparison number only - nothing here bills month to month. Listed yearly prices already carry 13% VAT. We take eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, and NPR bank transfers, and the amount confirmed on your order is the one that counts.

Resources and features shift from plan to plan, so read the current description before committing. Renewal terms, price adjustments, plan switches, cancellations, refunds - those ride along with the relevant offer, or come to you directly from us. Unclear about something? Ask before you pay, not after.

04

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

Your site, content, apps, and users are your responsibility. The whole stack sits with you, which means holding the rights to everything you publish while keeping your use of it inside the law and clear of other people's rights.

What's off the table: spreading malware, fraud, bulk or unlawful messaging, poking at other customers' setups, breaking into things that aren't yours, and any abuse that wears down the network. Put simply - don't be the reason someone else's site goes dark.

05

Hosting, maintenance, and backups

We keep things running and patched. We won't pretend that's a guarantee, though: updates land, networks hiccup, third parties drop out, and occasionally something breaks for no reason anyone can name. Unless a separate signed agreement promises uptime, treat availability as best-effort.

Daily backups run, and copies sit offsite for a week. They exist to help you recover - not to be your only copy. Download your own. Check them now and then. Sites, databases, mail, whatever matters: keep a current version somewhere you control.

06

Migration and third-party services

When migration comes with your plan, or we agree to it separately, we work alongside you to move the agreed data and test what we reasonably can. You'll hand over access and information, and you'll keep your own copy first. How long it takes depends on your old host, your domain, how your site is built, and other people's schedules.

Registrars, payment gateways, plugins: separate companies, separate pricing, separate privacy rules. We don't run them and we don't speak for them.

07

Security and service restrictions

If an account starts looking unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive - to us, to the network, to other customers - we can step in and restrict or suspend the affected access. We try to reach you and explain first. Sometimes the law or an authority leaves no room for a conversation, and in those cases we act anyway.

08

Liability

Neither of us owes the other for indirect or downstream loss arising from use of these services, to the extent the law lets us say so. Where that carve-out isn't allowed, it doesn't apply. And nothing here strips out rights you'd otherwise have.

09

Changes to these terms

This document will change now and then. We'll post the new version here with a fresh date, and it takes effect the day it goes up - unless a written agreement or the law says otherwise. Keep using things after that, and you've accepted the update.

10

Governing law

Nepali law governs, with whatever mandatory protections apply to you left intact. Courts in Nepal handle disputes, unless something else applies.

Still reading? Good.

Something in here unclear? Ask us before you order - we'd much rather answer a question than untangle a misunderstanding later.
